We have kicked off "the real work", (almost) as planned, on May 7, and are now proud owners of a huge hole in the ground, as well as a comparably large hill. Our "development team" is now preparing ground for the 1st layer of concrete.
In the meantime, we have finally signed the mortgage deal. Still we're in red with the budget :-( and figuring out how to catch up.

W zeszły czwartek (7 maja), omc zgodnie z planem, zaczęły się wykopki (hurra!). Mamy więc dużą dziurę i równie pokaźną hałdę. W tej chwili panowie robotnicy wyrównują brzegi i układają szalunki... no normalnie ruszyło do przodu!
W międzyczasie udało się nam też podpisać umowę kredytową (w końcu!)... co nie zmienia faktu, że w naszym budżecie wciąż jest dziura podobna rozmiarem do tej na placu budowy ;-).
